I have over 15 years experience in creating spectacular cakes and cookies – it’s one of my passions in life. Cake decorating is a wonderful hobby and a very rewarding career. I have enjoyed teaching many skills including making wedding and novelty cakes and sugar flowers.
I completed my chef apprenticeship at various Sydney fine dining restaurants and a five star Hotel. I was head cake decorator for 4 years at well-known Italian continental cake shop, Mezzapica Cakes, in Norton St, Leichhardt, Sydney, where I decorated many wedding, birthday, christening and special occasion cakes.
I was then inspired to design my own range of premium quality tools for the baking and cake decorating trade – I started Blossom Sugar Art and am now based in London.
